Elizabeth and Nathan haven’t gotten back to normal after their conversation, but she’s still surprised when he misses their parent teacher meeting. Rosemary and Lee adjust to having their niece Rachel with them, learning that it might be more difficult than they originally thought. Clara and Jesse try to sort through their marital issues, as Faith and Carson are handling their own curveball when Carson receives the opportunity of a lifetime, in Baltimore. Meanwhile, a stranger named Christopher comes in town, and everyone is shocked when they learn his reason for coming. A health scare has everyone in Hope Valley worried about one of their own and they band together to help with the recovery.
