Elizabeth is distraught over the reveal of Nathan’s secret, causing friction between even her and Rosemary, but everyone decides to put their differences aside to help Ned and Florence prepare for their wedding. The bachelor and bachelorette parties stir up mixed emotions from the guests. With some help from an unexpected source, Bill gets a break in the stolen car case he’s working on, while Gowen learns the truth about why Christopher came to Hope Valley. Ned’s daughter, Katie, arrives in Hope Valley for the wedding, but when her homecoming isn’t the joyous reunion Ned was hoping for, Elizabeth steps in to save the day. Landis, the school inspector, arrives back in town scaring up trouble for Minnie and Elizabeth, right when Angela was supposed to start school. Elizabeth decides to go to Bill for help, but his response isn’t exactly what she was hoping for. A mysterious businessman arrived brings news of big changes to Hope Valley, and Rosemary finally finds her calling. Elizabeth has finally realized who she’s supposed to be with, just as she receives the corrected galley proof of her manuscript, and the town rallies together to say goodbye and good luck to one of their own leaving the town.
